Ian Russinoff, MD
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Ian Russinoff is a seasoned physician with over 20 years of clinical experience and a passion for delivering personalized, patient-centered care. A Brooklyn native, he earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and completed medical school at SUNY Downstate, going on to serve as Chief Resident during his residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. After relocating to Florida, Dr. Russinoff held leadership positions including Assistant Medical Director at both Broward General Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Florida, and later served as Medical Director of Sollis Health in South Florida. Driven by a desire to build deeper relationships with his patients, he transitioned to internal medicine, where he could spend more time understanding each individual’s health journey. Dr. Russinoff is a devoted husband to his wife, Tzvia, and a proud father to their three sons. A lifelong New York Knicks fan, he grew up cheering them on and still never misses a game.
Garrett Gaillard, DNP, FNP-C, ENP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Known for his calm demeanor, clinical precision, and dedication to patient outcomes, Garrett is a trusted provider within the healthcare community. A Naples, Florida native, he earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida State University before completing a fellowship in Emergency Medicine at Brown University. Garrett has built a dynamic career in emergency and hospital medicine, holding roles at Rhode Island Hospital, Newport Hospital, and The Miriam Hospital. Returning to Florida, he joined Sollis Health alongside Dr. Russinoff and then Cleveland Clinic, providing exceptional, evidence-based care in acute settings. He is a proud father to two sons, and his wife is a practicing psychiatrist in the local area. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys exercise, golf, and time with his family.
Andrea Kradman, MSN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner & Care Coordinator
Andrea is a compassionate and dedicated family nurse practitioner with 15 years of experience in primary care and preoperative medicine. She is passionate about preventative health and excels at building strong patient-provider relationships; her empathetic, attentive demeanor fosters mutual trust and respect. Originally from Chicago, Andrea earned her Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University and holds her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Licensure and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Certification. She previously worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital before relocating to South Florida and joining Cleveland Clinic. Outside of her clinical work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, and trying new local restaurants.
Lisa Tilkin, RN, BSN, CRRN
Lead Nurse
Lisa, our Director of Nursing, is a highly experienced and compassionate nursing professional with over two decades of clinical expertise. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and began her career at the renowned University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where she specialized in neurotrauma and developed a strong foundation in critical care. Throughout her career, Lisa has brought her knowledge and dedication to a range of settings, including primary care internal medicine and home health. Her warmth, dedication, and deep-rooted passion for helping others guide her work every day. Lisa is a proud mother to three daughters and cherishes her role as a grandmother.
Debra Shore, RN, BSN, MPH, CMC
Registered Nurse & Geriatric Care Manager
Debra is an accomplished nursing professional with more than 20 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Boston University and her Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Debra has served in key leadership roles across several major New York City hospitals and concierge medicine practices, consistently demonstrating a commitment to clinical excellence and superior patient care. She is especially passionate about care coordination and advocating for the best outcomes for patients and their families. Debra and her husband have one son. She is passionate about baking, exercise, golf, flower arranging, and traveling to remote places.

As the Membership Director at Russinoff Concierge, Tzvia is the driving force behind creating a seamless and personalized journey for every member who joins our practice. She is deeply committed to ensuring that each patient receives an elevated, white-glove experience from their very first interaction, guiding prospective members through enrollment, learning their needs, and aligning them with the providers and services that best fit their lifestyle. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degrees from Brooklyn College and was a teacher in the New York City school system before moving to South Florida to raise her family. Tzvia is a proud wife to her husband, Ian, and mother to their three sons.
Tamara Levine
Practice Manager
As Practice Manager at Russinoff Concierge Medicine, Tamara brings a dynamic blend of healthcare operations expertise, sales leadership, and a passion for delivering personalized, patient-first experiences. With a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of South Florida, she combines strategic communication skills with a strong background in business development. Before joining our practice, Tamara held senior positions in the healthcare and wellness industries, including six years as a Senior Sales Manager at Marina Medical. At Russinoff Concierge, she oversees the growth and operations of the practice, enhancing patient engagement and ensuring a premium experience. Tamara and her husband Danny have two children. Having grown up on the Jersey Shore, she is a devoted Philadelphia sports fan through and through.
