Your questions answered
Everything you want to know about how we work and what membership means. Don’t see your question? We’re always happy to talk.
In most practices, one physician cares for thousands of patients. Here, we intentionally keep our roster small. That means real time during visits—time to listen, understand your situation, and build a genuine relationship. Your provider knows your story, your health goals, and your life circumstances. We coordinate with specialists on your behalf, advocate for you, and respond quickly when you need us. It’s the difference between being a chart number and being a person.
Your membership unlocks true access: 24/7 access to a provider who knows you, a low physician-to-patient ratio, unhurried annual wellness exams, same-day or next-day appointments for urgent care, telemedicine, specialist referrals and appointment scheduling, hospital care coordination, weight management, body composition analysis, and in-office lab draws and preventive screenings. Think of it as healthcare built around your life, not hospital billing cycles.
Beyond membership, we offer ancillary services at an additional fee (some billable through insurance): Myers’ Cocktail infusions, IV treatment for acute illness, immunizations and B12 injections, EKG (included in your annual wellness visit), multi-cancer early detection testing, cognitive and hearing/vision screenings, laceration repair and abscess drainage, minor orthopedic procedures, and home sleep studies.
Yes. For your convenience, our providers can draw your labs right here. We can also coordinate mobile phlebotomy if needed. Lab draw and analysis fees are billable through your insurance or via self-pay.
We maintain a network of trusted specialists. Dr. Russinoff carefully evaluates each one and refers his patients only to physicians we truly respect. We manage your care in collaboration with the specialist—scheduling appointments, communicating about your treatment plan, and advocating on your behalf to ensure you receive quality care.
We are in-network with Medicare and out-of-network with other insurers. For non-Medicare patients, office visits and services (other than your annual wellness visit) are billed through your out-of-network benefits. Medicare does not cover the membership fee, and private insurance typically won’t either. Some services may qualify for reimbursement through a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account—we recommend checking with your benefits administrator.
We love caring for families. We require at least one parent or guardian to be a current member while we care for your child. Please note that we do not stock pediatric vaccines and we work alongside—not in place of—your child’s pediatrician.
We work closely with you and the team caring for you during your stay—helping ask the right questions, anticipating next steps, and advocating on your behalf. If you are admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital, we will visit during your stay, help coordinate your care, and can facilitate nursing assistance to ease your transition home.
Even while traveling, domestically or abroad, you maintain seamless access to your care team. We coordinate treatment through an extensive network of healthcare professionals, help you find local pharmacies, and offer telemedicine. Necessary medications can also be prepared before a trip, upon request.
Another provider from our practice is always available for any and all services. We work collaboratively as a team, so your medical needs are always met promptly—24/7.
We believe true primary care hinges on close, personal relationships. Our commitment to lifelong connections and personalized care is what drives our success. For that reason, we do not provide one-time, fee-for-service care—membership is how we maintain continuity.
We like to meet prospective patients first to ensure our goals and health priorities are aligned. If you’re interested in joining the practice, please call to set up a consultation with Dr. Russinoff and his team.
